Remote Support

HTS now has the ability to offer you a new support option allowing us to log into your machine and fix issues without the hassle of you unplugging all the wires in the back of your system and driving it to us. We can solve a variety of problems without you leaving your home or office. It saves time and money allowing you to go on with your day. Just give us call when you have an issue and within a few minutes we can address the issue remotely.

Once you call us you can either click on this text area or go to the link in the menu above and we will give you a service code to enter. Install our Go To Assist applet and give us permission to log in. You always have ultimate control over the session so you can show us the problem instead of trying to explain it.
