HTS now has the ability to offer you a new support option allowing us to log into your machine and fix issues without the hassle of you unplugging all the wires in the back of your system and driving to us. We can solve a variety of problems without you leaving your home or office. It saves time and money allowing you to go on with your day. Just give us a call when you have an issue and within a few minutes we can address the issue remotely.

Once you call us, you can either click here, or click on the link above and we will give you a service code to enter. Add the link to your favorites so you are ready when you need us. Install our small web applet and give us permission to log in. You always have ultimate control over the session so you can show us the problem instead of trying to explain it.

InShop Support

For any major repairs that may require more time or specialized equipment, you can bring your PC into our full service repair shop. We have all of the equipment necessary to get the job done. We stock all major system components to get your system up and running again as soon as possible. We repair almost every major brand of desktop and laptop computers. From HP, Dell, Compaq, Gateway, Toshiba, Acer and e-Machines as well as our own HTS built systems.

You don't need an appointment, just drop your machine off when it's convenient for you. We also keep Saturday hours because we know how busy the week can get.
